Chromosome staining/banding/FISH
C-positive bands located were located on centromeric/pericentromeric regions. The nucleolar organizing regions, evidenced by silver nitrate and FISH with 18S rDNA and fluorochromes CMA3/DAPI double staining, were located in the sub-terminal region of the short arms of the second pair of chromosomes.
